Ordering

Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also telephone us on (020 8) 650 1639 to place your order between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of order. On the rare occasion that a particular line is temporarily unavailable we will advise of the expected delivery date or recommend an alternative product.

Postage and Packaging is free within the United Kingdom for orders above £50 although this may exclude certain UK islands where delivery options can be restrictive. If your order is affected, we will advise you accordingly and if the delivery costs are unacceptable to you then you can cancel your order immediately and no cost will have been incurred by you. For small orders below £50,we have had to introduce a nominal charge of £1.50 to ensure our products remain keenly priced following the recent pricing changes implemented by Royal Mail.

Payment

If you want to pay by cheque, please send your order along with your cheque for the full amount to: Mumi Ltd 4 Downs Road Beckenham Kent BR3 5JY

The order will not be completed until the cheque has cleared and then we will ensure the order is processed as quickly as possible.

Credit card payment can either be processed securely online via our company website or alternatively by telephoning through your order.

Returns

We will provide you with a full refund if you simply change your mind about a product received provided:

  • The goods are returned within 10 days from date of delivery
  • The goods are returned in the same condition as sent therefore not worn/ washed or damaged

The return postage costs will be at your own expense and we do recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case we do not receive the package, you can then claim compensation from Royal Mail.

We always carefully inspect all orders being sent out but on occasion we may miss a fault in a product. If this happens then please contact us immediately and we will reimburse you for the postage costs and either give you a refund or a replacement whichever is preferred. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting to claim against Royal Mail should we not receive your return package.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
